Meet the Team

  • Michelle Mah

Michelle’s journey in mindfulness started when she battled with disordered eating and corporate burnout for several years.

A practice of greater self-awareness and management, emotional regulation, empathy and compassion has helped her to transform her life from one of excessive and obsessive ‘doing’, to just simply ‘being’.

She has studied and trained with the world’s most heavily researched secular mindfulness, EQ & wellness programmes — Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) under UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness, Mindful Schools, Centre of Mindful Self-Compassion and the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI), first developed at Google.

She currently offers public programs for the Associate Faculty at Singapore Management University.

  • Poonpha Moosirilert

Poonpha is a lawyer turned mindfulness teacher and Pilates instructor.

During her full-time role as a corporate lawyer, Poonpha had first-hand experience as to how mindfulness and movement could help restore her physical health and mental well-being. Her hope is to let people experience how mindfulness and movement are relevant and practical for our everyday lives, so they, too, can feel inspired to take good care of their body and their mind.

Poonpha is a Search Inside Yourself Certified Teacher and STOTT PILATES trained instructor. She is currently extending her mindfulness training in the teacher training program with the Centre of Mindful Self-Compassion.
