People come to 1-on-1 mindfulness coaching for different reasons. Some people want to learn from a mindfulness coach. Some want to go deeper in their meditation practice. Others may wish to work on coping with a specific issue, like anxiety, depression, or chronic pain.

Together we will develop a strategy for your ongoing mindfulness practice and achieving your goals. We also welcome questions about your life, achieving your goals, and other topics that we are relevant to your progress.

 

8 Week Mindfulness Stress Based Reduction (MBSR)

 

MBSR is an 8-week experiential programme based on research that teaches us how to use mindfulness in daily life. First developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, it is the most widely researched mindfulness intervention programme in the world. The course will equip you with guided and tailored instruction, mindful yoga, formal and informal exercises, home assignments, and audio files.
